Some of my favorite ideas have come from simply saying, "Let's see what happens."
This piece was born during a paint night with my sister. We drew our creative challenge from a raffle: two colors (yellow and blue), a cartoon (Rick & Morty), and a genre (sci-fi travel). Those random prompts sparked one question:
What if Rick took Morty back to the '90s?
The answer became a nostalgic mashup of two worlds I grew up loving—Rick & Morty through the playful lens of Rugrats. It's a reminder that creativity doesn't always begin with a perfect plan. Sometimes it starts with curiosity, a little chaos, and the willingness to imagine the impossible.
