At SouGrownArt, each piece is created with care, intention, and made just for you. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Made-to-Order Items

All physical products are made to order, meaning they are produced specifically after for you after purchase. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color preference, or change of mind. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at soulgrown.art@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly make it right.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will already be in processing.
