Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after your purchase is confirmed. During High Volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. 

Shipping Time

Because our products are fulfilled through trusted third-party suppliers, shipping times may vary depending on your location and the supplier's warehouse. 

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7-15 business days
  • International: 10-25 business days (varies by country)

Please note that these are estimated time frames and not guaranteed. 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. 

Multiple Shipments 

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages due to different fulfillment locations.

Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, these factors are outside of our control. 

Incorrect Address

Please double-checke your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly enetered addresses. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
