This piece was created in a moment where my reality felt like it was splitting into two versions of me.

One I was becoming… and one I was still holding onto.

I wanted to be Her—fully, freely, unrecognizably new.

But I was still moving through life as the version of me that once knew how to survive, not thrive.

It felt like living in between two worlds… and it was lonely there.

But I realize now, I wasn’t choosing between them. I was becoming the best of both.
