Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 7-10 business days before shipment.
Please note that many of our products are made to order, which means additional production time may be required before shipping.
Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Typical delivery estimates:
- United States: 3–10 business days
- Canada: 7–21 business days
- International: 10–30 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email if tracking is available for your shipment.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, product selection, and shipping method.
Any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Made-to-Order Products
Many SouGrownArt products are produced through trusted print and fulfillment partners. These items are created specifically for your order and may require additional production time before shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating the shipment.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.
