At SouGrownArt, each piece is created or produced with care. Because many of our products are made to order, please review our refund policy before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Made-to-order products
  • Print-on-demand items
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Original artwork marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for processing
  • Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After production has begun, we may be unable to cancel or modify an order.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first contact the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to determine the best resolution.
